Ready for work
We help people facing big barriers to employment take their next steps with confidence.
Our employment services include employment preparation, job placement, coaching, and support to help each person find and keep meaningful work.

- Writing strong resumes and cover letters
- Preparing for interviews and learn how to follow up
- Understanding workplace expectations like grooming, habits, and ethics
- Getting to job fairs and interviews
- Purchasing interview clothes or work uniforms
- Connecting with the right job opportunities
- Staying employed with coaching and support
On-the-job Training
Paid work experience
Our paid work experience programs provide paid on-the-job training in customer service and case management/social services, along with certifications in a wide range of career tracks.
We’ve been a partner of the LA: RISE program with REDF and the City of LA Economic and Workforce Development as a social enterprise work site since 2017.
Cognitive Behavioral Interventions
Change thinking, change lives
Our Cognitive Behavioral Interventions help clients break through harmful thinking patterns, respond better to stress, and build problem-solving skills.
These tools strengthen a person’s ability to stay on track and reach their goals with an emphasis on using the skills obtained in the workplace.
At every step, we focus on progress, not perfection — because we know growth looks different for everyone.
Fair Chance Workshops
Know your rights
Our Fair Chance Workshops teach people about their employment rights, especially those with justice involvement. We help clients understand how to speak up, apply with confidence, and recognize when their rights are being violated.
We believe that when people are supported with the right tools, they’re better prepared not just to get a job — but to build a future.
