Case management

One-on-one support that meets people where they are

We offer trauma-informed case management, including JCOD Care Management (JCM) formerly Reentry Intensive Case Management Services (RICMS) and Providing Opportunities to Women in Reentry(POWR). These services are led by trained peer mentors — people with lived experience who guide others through the challenges of rebuilding their lives.

Walking the Path Together

Our mentors lead by example — showing how to set healthy boundaries, face personal challenges, manage stress, and build financial stability. We’re here to provide support in every part of life, from creating a secure home to thriving in the workplace.

Transforming Minds, Transforming Lives

Through Cognitive Behavioral Interventions, we help clients break free from harmful thought patterns, respond to stress in healthier ways, and strengthen problem-solving skills. These practical tools empower people to stay on course and achieve their goals.

Building financial stability

Through our Financial Coaching Program, clients learn how to manage money, build credit, open a bank account, and create a budget. This program is funded by the State of California’s Department of Financial Protection and Innovation and Kaiser Permanente.
